About

Marko Rosic is an accomplished user experience designer, intimate and boudoir portrait photographer, with an open mind and curiosity about people and the world we shape.

In his photography, he tries to surface the “real” beautiful you, whether it is a headshot, portrait, boudoir or erotic photoshoot.

His second subject is unique places found all over the world. Sometimes those are natural wonders and sometimes human works of art and our hives.

Bio

Love for photography, design and art, in general, began in his teenage years, inspired by his Mom, a package designer and Dad, a photography enthusiast. His Dad, armed with Kiev camera and a makeshift kitchen lab, captured and developed photos of precious family moments.

This is why he chose to study Industrial Design at the School of Design in Belgrade. It was an excellent playground for developing design thinking and photography classes pushed him to get his first SLR camera and learn how to process b&w negatives in the bathroom.

Over the next decade, Marko pursued his career of Web & graphic designer and developer. Time of Linux and Open Source enthusiasm, during which he led several community projects, like LinuxFest, Open Source Network of Yugoslavia and KDE-YU localisation to Serbian.

He graduated with a degree in Economics and started a small ISP company with his friends. In his 30ies he finally settled and moved his career towards UX design and re-discovered his love of photography.

He builds his skills by studying his surroundings, close people, things that fascinate him on his travels. In time, he developed his style and became fascinated by the beauty of the human mind in its connection with the physical.
